Two men bailed over Ilfracombe death

TWO Ilfracombe men arrested on suspicion of murder have been released on police bail until September.

The 47-year-old and 38-year-old were arrested on Sunday night after a man, named locally as Aaron Stevens, was found with serious head injuries.

He was taken by ambulance from the scene in the Two Pots Road area of Ilfracombe to North Devon District Hospital where he died.

A police spokesman confirmed the two men had been bailed until September 1 while investigations continued into the death.
