Two hospitalised after car crash on North Devon Link Road

Fire fighters free two from vehicle after it comes off the road during rush hour.

TWO people were taken to hospital after a car came off the North Devon Link Road between Tiverton and South Molton.

Fire crews from Tiverton and Cullompton used hydraulic rescue equipment to free two people trapped in the vehicle and they were taken to hospital by ambulance.

The crash occurred just after 5pm. It is not known how seriously the casualties were injured – keep checking back for more information as we have it.
