Traffic lights fail at Barnstaple roundabout

It’s lights out for the second time in 24 hours at the busy ‘Barnhenge’ roundabout.
THE traffic lights at the ‘Barnhenge’ roundabout on Sticklepath Hill have failed this morning (Fri) for the second time in 24 hours.
The lights were out for most of yesterday causing traffic chaos.
Motorists are advised to take care and avoid the area while an engineer endeavours to fix the problem.
