AWARD-winning Barnstaple photographer Andy Robinson has placed highly in a national photography competition.

Andy, of J&A Cameras and Photography, claimed a top three placing in the Guild of Photographers’ International Photographer of the Year Competition for the second year in a row.

His wedding and portrait photography beat off more than 10,000 entries from all over the UK.

Andy said he was delighted with the award but was taking a break from competition this year to oversee the expansion of J&A’s photographic wing, but would be competing again in 2015.
