Teenage pedestrian involved in Bickington Road collision

Police and paramedics called to the scene during rush hour this morning (Tues) to find pedestrian with ‘minor injuries’.

POLICE and an ambulance were called to Bickington Road in Barnstaple this morning (Tues) after a collision involving a pedestrian.

Officers arrived at the scene just past the garage at 8.15am to find a car had been involved in a collision with a teenage boy.

A police spokesman confirmed the boy had suffered ‘minor injuries’ and would be unlikely to go to hospital. The road was clear by 8.30am.
