Four street vendors will be offering tastes from around the world on Saturday.
JUBILEE Square in Bideford will experience a taste explosion on Saturday with traditional street food from around the globe.
From Thai curry to jerk chicken, a host of businesses will be offering samples and dishes from 4.30pm until 9.30pm.
The event, organised by Tom Watkins and Nin Kaur of Seasonal Samosas, will also feature Phansits Kitchen, Monty’s Caribbean Kitchen and Café Collective.
Tom and Nin said they had been planning to host an event like this for a while. “Jubilee Square is a really nice location for a food event so we thought it the perfect spot to do this and decided instead of doing it in the middle of the day, that we would do it through the evening, trying to claim the square for families to enjoy,” they said.
“North Devon produces some amazing street food vendors some of which we see on the various festival and food shows we do, we have such amazing fresh produce here.”
Visitors can buy food and take it home, or take advantage of the tables and chairs provided and listen to local buskers.
