Barnstaple rush hour traffic could be slow after an accident was reported

Traffic is reported as very slow around the A39 at Pilton Causeway in Barnstaple after a minor collision this evening (Tuesday).

Police said an ambulance was at the scene having come across it while travelling through at around 5.30pm.

There are no further details but police reported the patient was waiting for a member of their family to collect them.
