RHS Rosemoor in Torrington will be feeling the heat in May with the first ever Devon Chilli Fiesta.

RHS Garden Rosemoor will be feeling the heat in May as it hosts the first ever Devon Chilli Fiesta.

On May 10 and 11 the theme of the garden will be ‘growing chillis’ with experts and commercial growers on hand to answer questions.

The Terrace Marquee will be full of artisan chilli companies from across the UK with everything from mild to wild chilli sauces, chutneys, seeds, plants, fudge and jewellery.

Two chefs will demonstrate cooking with chillies, giving visitors ideas and recipes to try at home.

There will also be photography and chilli sauce competitions, chilli talks, samba music, dancing, children’s activities and guided walks of the garden.
