HOLSWORTHY recycling centre is closed this week due to urgent resurfacing works by Devon County Council.

People wishing to recycle their waste are asked to use alternative sites at Deepmoor, near Torrington or at Caddsdown Industrial Estate, Bideford.

Alternatively, they can hold onto the waste until the Anvil Corner facility reopens on Monday, February 27.
