THERE was plenty of wild and woolly fun for the cast of Sleeping Beauty as they gathered at St John’s Garden Centre on Saturday to launch this year’s eagerly awaited Queen’s Theatre Pantomime.

The characters joined in with visitors and exhibitors at the St John’s Wildlife Weekend as they took a break from rehearsals for the theatre’s in house flagship show.

This year, Sleeping Beauty promises to be an action-packed extravaganza of family fun with stunning new sets, a brand new hilarious script and plenty of panto mayhem.

The cast includes West End actress Niki Evans who plays the bad fairy Carabosse plus the fabulously funny dame, Antony Stuart-Hicks.
