Dozens of protestors marched through the streets of Bideford campaigning against cuts to North Devon’s hospital services.

Protestors in Bideford have been rallying against proposed cuts to hospitals in North Devon.

Dozens of campaigners dressed in red to join the ‘red line’ demo, marching around Bideford town centre.

They marched from the arts centre in Bideford, along Mill Street and back along the High Street.

It was part of the countrywide ‘You can’t Fool Us’ day organised by Save Our Hospital Services (SOHS) Devon amid fear of cuts to services under the looming NHS England Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP).

Similar protests were also held around North Devon, including one with hundreds of protesters marching on North Devon District Hospital.
