Town holding election after resignation of Peter Rawle due to ill health.

NOMINATIONS are being sought after an election was called for the Ilfracombe Town Council West ward following the resignation of Councillor Peter Rawle due to ill health.

If more than one candidate stands, polling day will be on Thursday, March 7.

Nomination forms are available from the town clerk at the Ilfracombe Centre or the Civic Centre in Barnstaple. They must be delivered to the North Devon Council delivered to the Returning Officer at the Civic Centre by 12noon on Friday, February 8.
