New fund for groups working with carers

LOCAL organisations who work with carers are being invited to bid for a portion of a £13,000 fund from Devon Carers.
The fund is available to groups in North Devon provided support for services to people caring for family members, partners of friends who need help due to illness, frailty or disability.
Applicants need to show their project supports carers to take a break from their caring responsibilities.

All applications must be received by October 5 at 12pm.
