A multi-million-pound development of holiday homes is being launched in Westward Ho!

The Lighthouse View at Golden Bay Holiday Village will have its first four luxury homes available this month.

A further eight homes will follow later in the year, with all of them having a 12-month season.

Chris Hall, co-owner of the family-run business, said: “Golden Bay Holiday Village is in the heart of Westward Ho! on the breath-taking North Devon coastline and it’s the perfect location for a hideaway for those wanting a quiet second home or a holiday bolthole.

“Also, unlike other similar sites, these new properties with sea views will all be available for a 12-month season, enabling owners to use their holiday homes whenever they wish.”

The new holiday homes will be available for £195,000 each with a 999-year lease.
