Nearly new baby sale for POPSI at The Big Sheep

10:08 03 September 2014

Big Sheep to host second sale to raise money to support the special care baby unit.

The Big Sheep is hosting a nearly new baby and toddler sale on Sunday to raise money for POPSI.

The money from the event, held in the EWE2 area from 10.30am until 2pm, will provide support for the special care baby unit at North Devon District Hospital.

All items on sale will be nearly new and in very good condition and will include prams, cots, high chairs, car seats, toys and clothes.

Nicola Hall, event organiser, said: “POPSI is a terrific local charity and many of our season tickets holders have benefited from their support and this is a great way to support such a worthwhile charity as well as a good way to recycle.

“We hosted a baby sale two years ago but had to scale it down as we didn’t have the space to cope with the amount of interest but our new events building is a perfect venue.

“We have a few tables left and these can be reserved for £8 each.”

Entry to the sale for customers is £1 and table fees and entry will be donated to POPSI.
