Man arrested for drink driving after getting pick up truck stuck on Pebble Ridge

Updated: The 39-year-old charged with drink driving after lodging vehicle on the top of the ridge in Westward Ho!

A MAN has been charged with drink driving after his pick up truck became lodged on the Westward Ho! Pebble Ridge yesterday (Sun).

Robert Goaman, 39, from Westward Ho! was picked up by police at around 3.45pm and taken into custody.

The black Mitzubishi pick up truck was recovered and Mr Goaman was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol this morning.

He has been bailed to attend North Devon Magistrates’ court.
