American fitness craze Insanity hits the shores of North Devon on Saturday as Studio 20 in Ilfracombe hosts a free open day to introduce the region to the much talked about fitness programme.

All are welcome to the gym at Ilfracombe High Street between 10am-1pm to watch or take part in free 20 minute trial sessions. Insanity instructors will be on hand to answer any questions and discuss the classes on offer.

A team of instructors travelled to London on Thursday to gain their Insanity qualifications and bring the high energy motivational work out classes created by US fitness guru Shaun T back with them.

Each class covers all the difference aspects of the Insanity fitness programme including MAX interval training, Plyometrics, Stretch, Cardio, Abs and Core work.

Classes will be designed to cater for all levels, ages and abilities, with a beginner’s class available. The Insanity instructors aim to create an electrifying atmosphere to train in, leaving their students feeling energised, breathless, pumped, buzzing, toned, proud and most of all wanting more.

Just drop in at Saturday’s open day, or find out more at www.studiotwenty.co.uk or call 01271 862019.
