Charity calls off Saturday’s event at Mullacott due to the bad weather.
THE Ilfracombe RNLI SOS Day car wash at Mullacott tomorrow (Saturday) has been cancelled following the recent bad weather.
The Soap Our Saloons event was to have been held at the RNLI Lifeguard Support Centre on the estate, with boat crew and lifeguards cleaning cars in return for a donation to the charity.
The event was part of the RNLI’s nationwide SOS Day fund raiser.
Ilfracombe RNLI is planning to reschedule the car wash for later in the year.
