It’s Valentine’s Day, which for many means telling someone how much you love them, and one Ilfracombe resident has done just that.

Those waking up in the town this morning (Wednesday) would do well to miss the huge message on Capstone Hill, which simply says ‘I Love U Leah’.

The pictures were sent in by a resident, who said: “It’s really impressive and it looks fantastic.

“It’s a bit of a showstopper, and obviously took quite a lot of time to do last night. Very impressive because it was really wet and windy.”

We’re sure men everywhere are feeling a little bit outdone.

If you’re Leah, or if you placed the huge Valentine’s message to her, we would love to hear from you, so please email us.
