Man exposed himself to female jogger on the commons.

POLICE have issued an appeal for information after a man exposed himself to a female jogger on Torrington Commons.

The incident is alleged to have happened at around 6pm on Monday, May 19.

The man is thought to be in his early-to-mid thirties, and is described as being of medium build.

He was wearing a dark jeans and a hooded top.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on non-emergency number 101, quoting log CR/074540/14.
