New family section in this year’s big event for North Devon Hospice on August 31.

Come get stuck in with a bucket and spade at Croyde beach for this year’s National Sandcastle Competition on August 31.

Grab some relatives for a new family event which allows families up to six to take part, working together to achieve a sand masterpiece.

The fun filled competition is run by North Devon Homes and will again raise money for North Devon Hospice.

“We really want to make this year’s event a huge success to raise even more money for the North Devon Hospice, which does such an amazing job here in North Devon,” said Michelle West from North Devon Homes.

“We want to encourage as many families as possible to join the competition, spending time working together, doing something a little bit different. What better way to go back to school knowing that you and your family are the National Sandcastle building champions?”

Further information can be found on their website www.sandcastle.org.uk or email sandcastle@ndh-ltd.co.uk.
