THE MP for Torridge and West Devon has announced he will be standing as the Conservative candidate in the 2015 general election.

Geoffrey Cox was unanimously reselected by the members of the Torridge and West Devon Conservative Association on Friday.

Mr Cox said it was ‘a great privilege’ to represent the people of Torridge and West Devon and he was ‘extremely grateful’ to be re-elected.

He said: “I am very much looking forward to working with the committed and hard working Conservative councillors across the area as we set our sights on May 2015.”
