Gang Show praise from the Mayor

SIR – I went to watch the Gang Show at the Queen’s Theatre on Saturday night. I was extremely impressed with the performance.

The tremendous effort put into every detail was very apparent. The costumes were spectacular with the vibrant colours and attention to detail. I am told that everyone concerned had been working hard learning their roles from last September.

Mr Martin Bray the producer works on this project with many helpers all year round. Well done Mr Bray and all the adults and children who performed for us public over the three day period. You are all a credit to our communities and the scout organisation should be very proud to have you in their ranks.

Please accept mine and the mayoress’s sincere and warmest gratitude for one of the most enchanting performances. It was really special seeing so many performers enjoying each others company.
