Find out how to protect your child from dangers of the internet and social networking with free drop in event at The Landmark in Ilfracombe on Thursday.
A free drop in evening is being held in Ilfracombe on Thursday (January 24) with advice for parents and carers on how to keep their family safe from dangers such as internet abuse.
The community event at The Landmark runs from 5-7pm, with a variety of agencies on hand to offer useful advice and information.
It will cover issues such as using the internet and using social networking such as Facebook or Twitter safely, plus mobile phone advice and sexual exploitation – how parents can spot the signs and what to do if they are concerned.
The event is open to all parents and carers.
