Four stand in Ilfracombe by election

Brookdale Church is one of three polling stations for the west ward by election on Thursday (March 7).
A new town centre polling station is being used on Thursday as four candidates stand for election to Ilfracombe’s west ward.
Martin Duce, Graham Street, Bob Walker and June Williams are the candidates and polling at Brookdale Church in Brookdale Avenue off Wilder Road runs from 7am-10pm.
The usual out of town polling stations of The Slade Vision Centre and Lee Village Hall will also be open during the same times.
The election is being held following the resignation of Peter Rawle due to ill health.
