Flames reported from Ilfracombe building

Fire fighters scrambled to Ilfracombe building on Sunday afternoon.

TWO fire engines were scrambled to Torrs Road in Ilfracombe on Sunday afternoon to reports of flames coming from a building.

On arrival just after 2pm, fire fighters found a fire on the second floor of the three storey building and extinguished it using a hose reel jet and breathing apparatus.
