Fire involving industrial fryer at Sheepwash

Lunchtime shout for crews after reports of a building fire in Sheepwash.

FIRE crews from North Tawton, Torrington and Hatherleigh were called to a fire in Sheepwash at lunchtime today (Mon) involving an industrial fryer.

Crews arrived at the scene at The Square at around 12.15pm following reports of the building fire.

Fire fighters extinguished the flames using a dry powder extinguisher and removed the fryer to the open air.
