Fire fighters called to loose roof tiles in Ilfracombe

Fire fighters from Ilfracombe sent out to reports of loose tiles on Ilfracombe house.

FIRE fighters were called out to a property in Cross Park, Ilfracombe yesterday (Sunday) after receiving a call reporting loose roof tiles.

A crew from Ilfracombe set out just after 4pm to investigate and requested the attendance of the aerial ladder platform from Barnstalple.

A large area of roofing felt was removed from the roof of the house by crews using the platform and safety and height equipment.
