Exuberant Alfie needs an active new home

Dog of the Week with Dogs Trust Ilfracombe,

ALFIE is a three-and-a-half year old black and white lab cross who unfortunately returned to Dogs Trust Rehoming Centre Ilfracombe after two years in a home.

Alfie is a lovely boy who is a real favourite with the volunteer walkers. He is good with other dogs but his size and exuberance can be intimidating to some dogs.

This was a problem at his last home, as the owners felt they could not cope with Alfie and their other dog.

He is house trained, good when left and likes to be groomed. He is looking for a home with older children who have the time to take him for long walks or a swim.
