EU are joking, PM

I was bemused by David Cameron’s comment, that the reduction in the EU Budget was a victory for Britain, when our contribution of £53million a day is still set to increase each year.

Surely what he should have done is tell the EU how much less we will give them each year, and let them work out the budget.
