‘Precautionary measure’ after two-vehicle collision on Link Road this morning (Monday).

A child was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure after a collision on the A361 Link Road this morning (Monday).

Another person was checked over by ambulance crews but the collision at 11.45am just 10 miles from Tiverton was described by police as ‘non injury’.

A white and blue Mercedes 308 registered to Ilfracombe and white Honda civic registered to Bedfordshire were involved in the collision.

The incident caused some traffic delays but has now returned to normal.
