I congratulate Chris Turner on beating me in the Fremington and Yelland Parish Council by-election. During my election campaign I promised the Residents of the Beards Road and Aspen Grove that whether I was elected or not I would do what ever it takes to sort out their concerns with parking issues and I aim to keep that promiss. I am not going away and I will help to sort your problems out because unlike some I don't say one thing and do another so be assured I am here to stay. Finally I wish to thank every body who voted in this election not just for me but for Mr Turner as well, thanks to the Deputy Returning Officer and his election team who had worked long hours on the election day, thank you for all those who helped me deliver my election leaflets and to the many people who I had the privalage to speak to on their door steps. It had been a privilege to stand in the election for the people and Parish that I am so passionate about so once more thank you all so much.
