Jackie Arch will be taking on the 12,000ft challenge for the charity Saying Goodbye this weekend.

A BRAUNTON woman is bravely taking to the skies this weekend to support a charity which helps couples overcome losing a baby.

Jackie Arch, 38, discovered the charity Saying Goodbye after she lost her own baby and wanted to support their Jump for Love campaign.

She decided to put aside her fears of heights and flying and signed up for a 12,000 ft sky dive on Saturday.

Jackie, who is a lettings negotiator for Marsdens, said: “Whilst trying to come to terms with my loss I discovered Saying Goodbye and they were such a help to me.

“I want to raise awareness for the charity as so many people in the same situation as me could benefit from the fantastic work that Saying Goodbye are doing and the support they are providing.”
