Atlantic Village to host first chocolate festival in Bideford

From chocolate cocktails to chocolate-stuffed crêpes, there will be tasty treats for everyone at Atlantic Village’s Chocolate Festival.

Chocoholics will be flocking to Atlantic Village on Saturday, October 21, for the centre’s first ever Chocolate Festival.

From cocoa-inspired cocktails to tasty crêpes and brownies, there will be all sorts of treats on offer from 10am-4pm.

Willy Wonka will be paying a special visit to the centre for the day, when visitors can buy goodies to eat on the spot or take home as gifts.

There will be handmade confectionary, crumbly fudge, choccy churros and crêpes filled with chocolate fillings.

Brownies, tiffin, Malteaser bars and chocolate kisses will tempt visitors, and for the brave there will even be fiery flavours of chilli chocolate.

Personalised chocolate lollies will also be on hand as well as chocolate ice-cream and a VW van-turned-bar serving chocolate cocktails and mocktails, chocolate ales and prosecco.

You can also have a go at making your own goodies and there will be a giant chocolate hamper raffle, with proceeds to Families in Grief.
