Work to complete new retail units at Anchorwood Bank in Barnstaple is on track for completion in March next year.

Building work at the site began in June, and in the last four weeks, the first steel structure of the retail units has been erected.

In the next few weeks, the retail park, which is being delivered by Wessex Investors, will evolve further as the building’s cladding will start go up.

Wessex Investors managing director Andrew Pegg, said the retail units remained on track to be finished by the end of March next year, with the confirmed shops and restaurants opening in ‘early summer’ 2018.
