Clubhouse in Golf Links Road was broken into and bottles of alcohol were stolen.

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a break in at the Bideford, Littleham & Westward Ho! Cricket Club.

The club house in Golf Links Road, Westward Ho! was broken in to some time between 3pm on Tuesday, January 21 and 11.30pm on Wednesday, January 22.

It is understood entry was forced by removing a window from the front of the clubhouse, and an internal window was damage.

A variety of bottles of spirits were then stolen.

Anyone with any information is asked to call police on 101 quoting crime BSD CD/14/172.
