Don't know if I mentioned it before but, Wetherspoons actually sent in a couple of surveyors to have a look at Carinas but decided against putting in an offer. Shame really as I would have thought it would have been an ideal site. They do consider Sidmuff a 'target town' for one of their establishments but prefer to take over premises that has been a pub before - less conversion work to do I suppose. We live in hope.        Report
